My trip to the States...

... as there were California, Colorado and (the most beautiful!) Oklahoma>>> Was GREAT. First I need to thank Danny and Alli, as well as Donna who I stayed/traveld with most of the time... but I want to thank everybody who crossed my way and let me have such a great, energising and motivating time over there.
Well I'm back home now, travels were without problems, and I'm almost over my cold. Today I'll head to the gym and if Iit doesn't rain I might aswell go for a little spin later today.
I already spoke to my Sportsdirector and Coach. The Plan is as I knew pretty much before: Mallorca trainingcamp 7-22 December first race Also Mallorca Challange (4-7 feb) And first big race Paris-Nice (7-13march-I think).
So now I hope this blog gets more and morre traffic... therefore I'll try to keep everybody informed...about ME...
