Hello from Indo
ok I try this the 3rd time...hopefully its a charm ;) Well This was my cycling blog and since now in indonesia it was finally the time 4 me to find a bicycle and get back with my love...riding... ok I will wirte about my trip mybe more than this one post but I ll try to finish also sice it is my last day in Indonesia today. I m in bali right now.and about 2 weeks ago I startet my bike trip from Jakarta...about 1400km seperate these 2 places. First thing I will rmember about this trip how it would absolutely not have been possible without the support of many great people... first to mention Matt who gave me his perfektly fitting bike (a OPTIMIST-ADVENTURE MTB) whch I couLD JUST DROP OFF HERE IN BALI.(SORRY I WRITE WITH MY PHONE AND I CAN T CANCEL THE CAP LOCK) WELL SO AFTER I WAS PERFEKTLY SET UP HAVING ALSO AN IDEAR WHERE TO GO I STARTED BATTELING OUT OF THE SMOG AND HEAVY TRAFFIC OF JAKARTA. WITH 7 O CLOCK IT WAS ALREADY A BIT LATE TO START...AND AS SOON AS THE ROADS BEND MORE AND MORE TOWARDS THE SKY, I REALIZED I WOULS BE FAR FAR SLOWER THAN I FIRST THOUGHT (I COULD DEFINETLY NOT MAINTAIN 25KM/H IT WAS RATHER LESS THAN 20KM/H THIS ALSO MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO MAKE IT PAST BANDUNG(ANOTHER BIG BUSY CITY). AND I UNFORTINOTLY MISSED THE HOMESTAY AT IMAS PARENTS (MATTS WIFE). AND I ENDED UP IN THE MOST EXPENSIVE HOTEL ON THE TRIP...CAUSE 2WERE ALREDY FULL AND IT GOT DARK AND I WAS EXAUSTED AFTER ABOUT 11H OUT ON THE BIKE... TOUGH FIRST DAY...AND MUCH MORE ADVENTURE YET TO COME...LATER MORE ARE YOU INTERESSTED???

Hello
Hey its me,
Sure I'm going to try again today and the next days... But it is getting harder and harder to get into the right Break...
Well you might have heard about Roy Sentiens EPO case... Is not understandable for any of us remaining teammates how he could be so stupid to do this... he went strait home after the stage yesterday.
Well my motivation is still up!
